🔧 Step-by-Step Construction Process1. Precision Layout & Planning

We begin with accurate on-site measurements and layout markings on the floor and ceiling as per the approved partition plan.

2. Framework Installation

  • High-quality galvanized iron (GI) tracks are anchored on the floor and ceiling.

  • Vertical GI studs are inserted into the tracks at standardized intervals (typically 600 mm), creating the internal frame.

  • Additional reinforcements are added where doors, windows, or wall-mounted elements are required.

3. Panel Fixing

  • Gypsum boards or cement fiber boards (as per project requirement) are fixed to one side of the metal frame using self-drilling screws.

  • Optional acoustic or thermal insulation (e.g., rock wool) is inserted into the cavity for enhanced performance.

  • The other side is closed using matching boards, forming a robust double-skin wall.

4. Finishing Touches

  • All joints and screw points are sealed using jointing compound and mesh tape for a seamless appearance.

  • The surface is then sanded and finished with primer, paint, wallpaper, or laminate, depending on the design scheme.

5. Electrical & Utility Provisions

  • Cut-outs and conduit placements are integrated during construction for switches, sockets, and cable routing — ensuring a clean, concealed setup.
