Sighadecor UAE – Current Scope of Work:

Sighadecor UAE is currently executing a significant portion of the interior works, specifically focusing on:

  • Flooring Installation:

    • High-quality porcelain and ceramic tile laying across residential units, corridors, and lobby spaces.

    • Use of approved adhesives, spacers, and leveling systems to ensure seamless finish.

    • Screeding, waterproofing, and underlayment where applicable.

  • Wall and Floor Tiling:

    • Precision installation in bathrooms, kitchens, and service areas.

    • Decorative wall tiles and feature designs for premium units.

  • Interior Finishes:

    • Skirting, joint grouting, and final polishing.

    • Mock-up room preparation and approval.

    • Painting base coats, ceiling finishes, and partition detailing.

Progress Highlights:

  • Tiling work commenced in basement and lobby zones.

  • Interior mock-ups approved by DAMAC consultants.

  • VIP unit customization initiated with special tile design.

  • Coordination with MEP and structural teams is ongoing to avoid delays.

  • Quality inspections conducted daily to ensure compliance with specifications.
